Onza Non Disc 19″ Rear Wheel (110mm/116mm)

 

Complete 19″ non disc rear wheel, light weight, super strong and built up with good quality Onza parts.

Machine built in the Onza factory, using a double walled rim, plain gauge spokes and a sealed cartridge bearing hub.

Compatible with all 20″ trials frames that use 110mm/116mm frame spacing.

Supplied with axle bolts and washers.

Features:

19″ 30mm double walled rim

Plain gauge spokes with aluminium spoke nipples

110mm sealed bearing hub with a 10mm axle

Compatible with all 1.37″ x 24 threaded sprockets (1/8″ and 3/32″)

 

Rim:

This double wall rim is constructed from aluminium, which provides great braking power and strength.

Round hole cut outs offer great weight saving and look great!

Wide 30mm rim, grips the tyre hard to prevent it coming off the rim when running low tyre pressures.

The side walls are flat no sloping offering greater braking.

32 hole only.

 

Hub:

Forged aluminium hub shell/flanges are designed to save weight.

This hub features completely sealed bearing with an Cr-Mo axle.

Reinforced washers and spacers help the wheel to stay in place for extra peace of mind.

Hub spacing as standard is 110mm, with a 10mm axle (116mm once snail cams have been fitted)

32 hole only.

 

Spokes:

Black plain gauge spokes are super strong and long lasting.

12mm black aluminium nipples have been used keep the black theme going through out.

 

Wheel Build:

This wheel has been built using a standard 3 cross pattern.

This is to increase strength and stiffness to the wheel build and stops the hub from twisting under load.

The wheel has been machine built at the Onza factory, which have fully trained workshop staff that have been building wheels professionally since Onza was born.
