Bonz Pro Light 108 Click Freewheel (16 Tooth)
This freewheel uses three sets of three pawls, which engage into a 36 tooth ratchet, to provide 108 clicks.
Two sets of ball bearings ensure a smooth running freewheel, and help to stop flex which commonly causes skipping.
This super slim freewheel provides more clearance over your bottom bracket shell which means a shorter, stronger bottom bracket axle can be used.
The freewheel can be removed with a 4-prong freewheel tool for example Cyclo or Shimano tool.
The lock ring is a right hand thread helping to prevent the freewheel coming loose when used on crank arms.
This is a common problem found on most other freewheels.
Available in 16 tooth only.
Only available with black outer casing and a silver inner body.
Overall Width:
17.5mm
Weight:
163g (+/-)
Please Note:
Freewheels must be bedded in before trials use.
It is recommended that once fitted, the freewheel is not ridden for trials purposes for at least the first few hours.
This will help move the factory grease away from the ratchets and pawls.
Do not lubricate with anything, At all!
If the freewheel is ridden for trials without having been bedded in, the pawls will not engage correctly which causes the freewheel to skip.
This will result in damage to the pawls and ratchet.
Do not open this freewheel.
All of the above will affect your warranty.
